2xExplorer translations

Due to my oversight while developing this program — I was young and short-sighted then <g> — it is very hard to translate 2xExplorer in any language, hence the emptiness of this section. When I start writing the new generation 2xExplorer² I promise to keep ethnic issues high on my agenda!
