LICENSE AGREEMENT: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR XPLORER2 PORTABLE
 
This agreement is an APPENDIX to the main agreement between you and 
ZABKAT postulating some additional restrictions associated with the
special PORTABLE version of xplorer2 ("Software"). You should have
read and agreed to the main terms and conditions specified in the 
MAIN license agreement, at the time of purchasing your license for 
xplorer2 Professional (standard edition).

LICENSE GRANT.  ZABKAT grants you a non-exclusive license to use this 
special software, and any associated documentation as indicated 
herein.  The software is intended to be used from removable media
including but not limited to Floppy disks, USB memory sticks, CDROM,
DVD and external hard disks. In no case should the software be 
permanently installed on any fixed storage media (e.g. internal Hard 
disk) on any single PC. Only a single person can use this portable 
build. Each additional user must purchase a separate individual 
license upgrade.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  You shall not: (a) remove any product 
identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary 
restrictions from this Software; (b) sell, lease, rent, transfer, copy 
or distribute this Software; (c) cause or permit reverse engineering, 
disassembly, decompilation or alteration of this Software except and 
only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by 
applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
